Our Projects

Our Passion for Bees
Beekeeping is a much-loved part of life on our farm. With three thriving hives, we care deeply about supporting the local bee population and the vital role these incredible pollinators play in the environment.

Tended with dedication, our bees produce delicious, golden honey that we harvest and jar by hand. Our honey is available to purchase on-site—a true taste of the Cornish countryside, made just a few steps from the meadow.
Whether you're a guest staying with us or simply passing through, we love sharing our passion for beekeeping and the natural rhythms of farm life
Proud to Be an Organic Farm
Our farm is part of the UK Government’s Organic Farming Scheme, a commitment we’re proud to uphold. This means we farm in a way that works with nature—completely free from synthetic pesticides and man-made fertilisers.
Instead, we use traditional and sustainable practices to care for our soil, crops, and wildlife. This approach not only protects the local ecosystem but also supports the health of our animals, pollinators, and the wider environment.
By choosing to stay with us or buy our produce, you're supporting organic farming and helping preserve the natural beauty and biodiversity of the Cornish countryside.

Wildflower Banks: A Buzzing Haven Between the Pods
Between each of our glamping pods, you'll find carefully planted wildflower banks—more than just beautiful to look at, they play an important role in supporting local biodiversity.
These wildflower strips provide vital food sources for our resident bees, as well as butterflies and other pollinators. Blooming from spring through late summer, they create a vibrant, colourful corridor that enhances the natural beauty of the site while helping our hives thrive.
Occasionally, the wildflowers may be lightly trimmed to encourage healthy regrowth, but they are always left to seed—ensuring our bees and other pollinators have a continuous, nourishing habitat.
It's all part of our commitment to working in harmony with nature—offering guests a peaceful, eco-conscious escape, and giving back to the land that supports us
